He specializes in working with pre-teens, teens, adults, couples and families on relationship issues; He also offers treatment of depression, anxiety, mood disorders, grief and self-esteem.

Nina Boshers, LMFT, PMH-C

Nina Boshers is a Licensed Marital and Family Therapist. She received her Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy from Trevecca Nazarene University and her undergraduate degree in Psychology from Vanderbilt University. Nina works primarily with adults and adolescents, seen as individuals or couples and families. Common areas of focus for therapy include anxiety, depression, grief, relationship concerns, divorce adjustment, maternal mental health, boundaries and self-esteem.

Karas Foreso, MA

Karas is Masters Level Therapist actively working towards her LPC. She graduated with her Masters in Mental Health Counseling from Belmont University in 2023. She is also an Advanced Clinical Practice PhD candidate at Belmont University. She has experiences working with adults in both an inpatient and outpatient setting addressing various topics such as substance abuse, trauma, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. She specializes in Narrative Therapy and Trauma-Informed CBT/DBT.

Pat Hallworth, LPC, LMFT

Pat Hallworth is a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist, as well as a Licensed Professional Counselor. She has been practicing in this field for nearly 30 years. Her early experience included serving as the director of the Regional Intervention Program in Columbia, TN for approximately 15 years. She obtained her Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Harding University and her Master's in Psychology from Middle Tennessee State University. Ms. Hallworth has also completed training to be a Rule 31 Listed Mediator in Family Mediation. She specializes in the treatment of women's issues, marriage and family counseling, parenting, children with development and behavioral issues, anxiety, depression, and bipolar disorder.

Kathy Keith, LPC

Kathy Keith is a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Rule 31 Listed Mediator in the field of Family Mediation. Ms. Keith received her Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Belmont University and her Master's in Counseling from Argosy University. She specializes in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Trauma Therapy (PTSD, domestic violence, childhood abuse), as well as anxiety and depression.
